How is billing handled?
All of our special event rentals must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our event coordinator. Even if other payment arrangements have been made, a 50% deposit will be due at the time of reservation.
All long term rentals on a route are billed net 28, with billing 4 weeks in advance. Each invoice is emailed when the new billing cycle starts and those enrolled in recurring credit card payments will receive a paid invoice to match the credit card payment.
Can I have the potty put wherever I want in my yard?
You can put the potty/sink within 35ft of where our service truck can park on hard stable ground. Anything further requires additional labor (+$45) to dolly the potty and/or sink back to the truck after the event because the truck can’t empty them if the truck can’t reach!!
For long term rentals, if you make the decision to put the potty out in a grassy field, wet weather will play a factor in getting consistent service because the trucks cannot drive over wet ground without getting stuck. If wet ground conditions prevent the truck from reaching the potty, no service will be performed until the following week. No invoice credits will be given if weather prevents a service cleaning from being performed due to location of potty. If you need service prior to the following week and we can get the truck to the potty, additional costs apply for the additional service
What is included with my weekly service?
Your weekly service cleaning includes emptying the potty, recharging it with new blue solution (and a salt solution in the winter), sanitizing the inside, shot of fragrance enhancer and restocking the toilet paper and sanitizer as needed. Requests for extra toilet paper that does not fit in the dispenser can be provided at additional cost. Rule of Thumb: if you go through all of the toilet paper we provide in one week then you need an additional unit on site!!
