Power Requirements

Access to main power source within 100′ of the trailer location as well as:

Two (2) single 20-amp, 110-v non-GFI circuits for regular use
Three (3) single 20-amp, 110-v total for hot water use
Four (4) single 20-amp, 110-v total for winter use

If no power is available, we can supply a generator with advance notice at additional cost.

Water Requirements

Access to a water source with 30-50 psi within 100’ of the trailer location. A standard ¾” garden hose fitting is required. If no water is available, we can supply a pump and holding tank with advance notice at additional cost. Winterizing the water supply leading to the trailer is the renter’s responsibility.

Please Note: These requirements are “per trailer”. All restrooms facilities used MUST be placed on level ground.
